Variables
Every one of these has a default, so the piece works untouched. Set the ones you want to change on the element:| Variable | Default | Accepts | What it does |
|---|---|---|---|
eyebrow | Primitive | string | Small uppercase kicker above the headline. |
headline | Agent-ready motion | string | Large card headline. |
glow | standard | tight, standard, wide | How far the corner glow reaches past the card edges, which sets both its spread at rest and how far the timeline drift carries it. |
accent | indigo | indigo, emerald, violet | Colour family of the card gradient, corner glow, eyebrow and drop shadow. |
data-variable-values on the element that mounts it. These are the
defaults, so this behaves exactly like the preview above until you change one:
<div
data-composition-id="tilt-card"
data-composition-src="compositions/components/tilt-card.html"
data-variable-values='{"eyebrow":"Primitive","headline":"Agent-ready motion","glow":"standard","accent":"indigo"}'

Tilt Card - transitions.dev-inspired primitive for HyperFrames.
Paste the markup, CSS and script into a composition. Use the timeline
integration note at the bottom as the starting point for deterministic GSAP
animation.
Variables. The script reads each one, falls back to the declared default on
anything missing or unrecognised, and writes the result into the markup or
into a custom property the CSS above consumes. The timeline recipe below is
untouched by them: it keeps driving the same rise and the same tilt angles.
- eyebrow (string, default "Primitive"): the small uppercase kicker above
the headline. Blank falls back to the default.
- headline (string, default "Agent-ready motion"): the large card
headline. Blank falls back to the default.
- glow (tight | standard | wide, default standard): how far the corner
glow reaches past the card edges. A wider glow spreads more light at
rest, and because the timeline drifts it by a percentage of its own box,
a wider glow also carries that drift further across the card.
- accent (indigo | emerald | violet, default indigo): the colour family of
the card, covering the gradient, the corner glow, the eyebrow and the
drop shadow together.
On every default the result is identical to the original: an indigo card with
a sky-blue corner glow reaching 30% past every edge.
