A component has no size or duration of its own. It takes both from the composition
you paste it into.
Variables
Every one of these has a default, so the piece works untouched. Set the ones you want to change on the element:| Variable | Default | Accepts | What it does |

modal-morph: HyperFrames video primitive (structure, Wave M9 experiment)
The shared-element grow: a small card expands into a full panel with its
children re-flowing continuously. FLIP-style: BOTH layouts (card and
panel) are real DOM, measured exactly ONCE at mount; from then on every
frame is a pure function of timeline time. The morph interpolates the
container rect and applies it as transform only (translate + scaleX/Y
from a fixed top-left origin); container width/height are NEVER
tweened. Children marked data-morph-key exist in both layouts; each
panel child counter-scales against the container and translates toward
the lerp of its own two measured rects, so content re-flows instead of
stretching. Panel-only furniture fades in late; the card crossfades out
early in the morph.
Card content is a SLOT. Callers supply content by placing an inert
template anywhere in the HOST page:

The slot content is cloned into BOTH the card body and the panel head.
Descendants carrying data-morph-key are paired across the two layouts;
slot content without keys is wrapped as one keyed block. With no slot,
the primitive renders token defaults (accent dot, display title line,
mono meta line) that re-flow from a stacked card to an inline panel
header row.
Variables (declared in data-composition-variables below):
- from_scale (number, default 1, clamped 0.5 to 1.5): multiplies the
authored card footprint before the one-time measurement.
- expand_at (number seconds, default 1.2): when the grow begins.
- register ("calm" | "snappy", default "calm"): calm is a smooth
inOut cubic; snappy is faster with a small settle that never
overshoots the target rect beyond 1.02.
- accent ("green" | "blue" | "violet", default "green"): green rides
--brand, blue rides --accent, violet rides --accent-2.
- exit ("none" | "fade" | "up", default "none").
Envelope, fixed IN and OUT with elastic HOLD only (never timeScale):

If D < IN_BASE + OUT_BASE the whole envelope compresses together.
Determinism: layouts are measured once, synchronously, at mount; the
per-update apply recomputes every transform and opacity from tl.time()
alone (no Math.random, no wall clock, no incremental state). Eventful
seeks land identical frames in any order and either direction.
Mount contract: template-wrapped; #root fills the host box (no
data-width/height, container-type: size, cqmin units), styled via
#root only; one paused timeline under the LITERAL "modal-morph" key.
