Opencompositions/components/notification-stack.html and copy what is inside into your own composition.
A component has no size or duration of its own. It takes both from the composition
you paste it into.
Variables
Every one of these has a default, so the piece works untouched. Set the ones you want to change on the element:| Variable | Default | Accepts | What it does |

1 to 5 token notification cards (accent icon dot, title, one body line)
slide-settle into a vertical stack on cues, newest on top: each new card
drops into the top slot while the cards already present shift down one
slot. After the last card lands, one card (the expand index) grows
slightly and brightens to resolve as the focus while the rest dim by
stack position (deeper cards dim more). Then the frame holds STILL.
Variables (declared in data-composition-variables below):
- titles (string, default "Build queued,Checks passed,Deploy live"):
comma list of card titles, 1 to 5 cards; extras past 5 are dropped.
- bodies (string): comma list of body lines matched to titles by index.
A missing or blank entry hides that card's body line.
- expand (number, default -1): index into the titles list of the focus
card. -1 (or any out-of-range value) means the newest card, which
sits on top of the stack.
- cues (string, default ""): comma-separated per-card arrival times in
seconds relative to mount start. Blank or invalid entries fall back
to that card's default rhythm slot (~0.55s gap). Values are kept
non-decreasing and clamped so every card lands before the resolve.
- accent (green | blue | violet, default green): icon dot family.
green -> --brand, blue -> --accent, violet -> --accent-2.
- exit ("none" | "fade" | "up", default "none"): frame roots own
transitions; the default hold-ends-the-film.
Envelope, fixed IN with elastic HOLD (never gsap.timeScale()):
IN = arrivals on cues, then the focus resolve (~0.5s)
HOLD = still, elastic: everything after the resolve until OUT (or D)
OUT = 0 when exit is "none"; else 0.45s fade / fade-up of the stage.
Arrival starts clamp together when D is too short for the rhythm.
Seek safety: every property change is a fromTo with explicit endpoints
at absolute times, and consecutive tweens on the same property never
overlap (each event's duration is capped at the gap to the next event).
Mount contract: elastic root, no data-width/data-height, styled via
#root only, container-type: size, one paused timeline registered under
the literal "notification-stack" key. Deterministic: no CSS transitions,
no Date.now, no randomness.
